Terms of Use

Pilot terms for using LIFT accounts, workout logging, Training Plans, and social/support features.

Effective and last updated: July 13, 2026

Pilot notice

This notice describes the current LIFT pilot. It is not a claim of legal approval and must receive qualified legal review before a broad public production launch.

Pilot operator and status

LIFT is currently operated by the LIFT pilot team as a limited workout-tracking and exercise-planning pilot. Authenticated participants can contact the operator through in-app Support.

Configured legal-operator, postal-address, and public privacy-contact details appear at the bottom of this page only when supplied through production configuration. Their absence keeps broad public launch blocked.

The pilot may change, malfunction, or be suspended as features, security controls, and policies are tested. These Terms are pilot product copy and are not represented as counsel-approved production terms.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a LIFT account. By confirming the current eligibility policy and continuing, you agree to these pilot Terms, the Privacy notice, and the Safety guidance.

If you do not meet the age requirement or do not agree, do not use the app. Do not misrepresent your eligibility or create an account for someone who cannot accept these terms.

General-wellness scope

LIFT is a general-wellness and exercise-planning tool for adults 18 and older. It provides educational workout guidance generated by versioned rules informed by published exercise research. LIFT does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, medical clearance, or emergency monitoring, and it cannot determine whether exercise is safe or appropriate for you. If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or have symptoms or concerns, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before exercising. Stop exercising and contact local emergency services for chest pain or pressure, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, new confusion, or another possible emergency. Plans and load estimates are estimates; results and injury prevention are not guaranteed.

LIFT does not supervise exercise, inspect equipment, observe technique, or know every fact about your health or environment. You remain responsible for deciding whether to stop, modify, or skip an activity and for obtaining qualified help when needed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for using accurate account information.

Do not attempt to access another user's account, workout history, body metrics, support reports, or administrative surfaces.

Plans, predictions, and your responsibility

Custom plans are created by deterministic, versioned programming rules informed by published exercise research. Set Prediction estimates loads from compatible history and the planned rep and effort target; it never verifies that a load can be completed.

Use conservative judgment when selecting exercises, loads, range of motion, equipment, and training conditions. Inspect equipment, follow facility and manufacturer instructions, and stop when symptoms, technique breakdown, or the environment make continuing a concern.

Content and social features

Keep submitted content lawful, respectful, and relevant to workouts, support, or bug reporting.

Only publish social workout content that you intend to share. Do not post another person's private data, medical information, photos, or contact details.

Permitted use

LIFT grants pilot participants a limited, personal, revocable right to use the app for lawful workout planning and logging. Do not scrape the service, probe access controls, interfere with other users, upload malicious material, or use LIFT to provide unauthorized clinical or emergency services.

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You permit LIFT to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, such as private workout history, support requests, or an intentionally published social post.

Availability, suspension, and records

LIFT may limit or suspend access during development, maintenance, security response, abuse investigation, migration, or pilot closure. An account may be restricted for violating these pilot boundaries.

Do not rely on LIFT as your only copy of information you cannot afford to lose. Offline draft recovery is a resilience feature, not a guaranteed archival or medical-record service.

No guarantees and changes

The pilot is provided on an as-available basis. LIFT does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free data, fitness results, injury prevention, or compatibility with every device, exercise, or training situation.

Material updates will receive a new effective date or policy version. Continued use may require a fresh acknowledgement. Governing-law, dispute, warranty, and liability terms require qualified counsel before public production release.

Configured, non-placeholder operator identity, postal-address, and public privacy-contact values have not all been supplied for publication. Broad public launch remains blocked. Authenticated pilot participants can use in-app Support. Support is not an emergency or medical channel.
