Delete your LIFT account

Permanently delete your account and LIFT-owned data.

What deletion removes

LIFT deletes profile, wellness and body-weight data, workouts, saved workouts, plans, social activity, support and bug records, uploads, notification subscriptions, installations, and LIFT-owned Watch data from LIFT-controlled account stores.

  • Public posts, reactions, and reports are deleted rather than anonymized.
  • Sessions and account writes are revoked after acceptance.
  • Apple Health or Fitness workouts are Apple-controlled and must be deleted separately in Apple's apps.

Backups and restore protection

LIFT has verified that no backup capable of restoring its account database or uploads is retained. For restore protection, LIFT retains a minimized deletion record and non-reversible tombstone for 30 days, then purges both.

Authentication-email records held by Resend are separate. Resend documents 30-day email and log retention and seven-day provider backup retention. Deleting your LIFT account does not immediately erase these provider records or email already delivered to your mailbox. This retention is separate from LIFT's account-data backup window. See the privacy notice for details.

Emails sent to the public support address are handled through Google Gmail, including your sender address, message content, and any attachments. This mailbox is separate from in-app Support records. Deleting your LIFT account does not automatically delete emails held in the support mailbox.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Profile, choose Account & privacy, then select Delete my account. Your current password is required. This public page cannot start deletion.

For help with deletion, use in-app Support (sign-in required). If you are testing through TestFlight and cannot sign in, open LIFT in TestFlight and choose Send Beta Feedback. For help without signing in, including after deletion, visit public help and contact. You do not need to contact Support to submit an account-deletion request.
