Training Safety
Safety boundaries for using LIFT workout logging, Training Plans, and recommendations.

Pilot notice
This notice describes the current LIFT pilot. It is not a claim of legal approval and must receive qualified legal review before a broad public production launch.
General-wellness boundary
LIFT is a general-wellness and exercise-planning tool for adults 18 and older. It provides educational workout guidance generated by versioned rules informed by published exercise research. LIFT does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, medical clearance, or emergency monitoring, and it cannot determine whether exercise is safe or appropriate for you. If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or have symptoms or concerns, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before exercising. Stop exercising and contact local emergency services for chest pain or pressure, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, new confusion, or another possible emergency. Plans and load estimates are estimates; results and injury prevention are not guaranteed.
Meeting a feature's limited eligibility criteria is not a health assessment or medical clearance. LIFT cannot observe your health, environment, equipment, range of motion, or technique.
Emergencies and stop signs
Stop exercising and contact local emergency services for chest pain or pressure, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, new confusion, signs of stroke, or another possible emergency. LIFT and its Support channel do not monitor workouts and cannot dispatch help.
For sharp or worsening pain, dizziness, numbness, unexpected weakness, loss of control, or another concerning symptom, stop the activity and seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Do not use an exercise substitution to work around a possible emergency or undiagnosed symptom.
Load and plan guidance
Use conservative loads, especially when trying a new exercise, returning after time away, or using a plan you have not tested before.
Training Plans, progression caps, RPE or RIR targets, and Set Prediction outputs are planning estimates. They do not verify technique, equipment, readiness, or the ability to complete a load and do not guarantee performance or injury prevention.
Movement preferences
When LIFT asks about limitations or movement avoidances, you do not need to share medical details. Plain preferences such as avoid overhead pressing or no running are enough.
Exercise substitutions are planning suggestions based on reviewed compatibility rules. They are not treatment for pain or injury, and load, duration, or intensity transfers only when the plan's reviewed prescription contract permits it.
Support boundaries
Support and bug reports are not emergency channels and should not include full medical histories, body photos, precise location, contacts, or unrelated sensitive data.
For urgent health concerns, use local emergency resources or a qualified medical professional.
Configured, non-placeholder operator identity, postal-address, and public privacy-contact values have not all been supplied for publication. Broad public launch remains blocked. Authenticated pilot participants can use in-app Support. Support is not an emergency or medical channel.
