Community Guidelines

The participation and safety rules for LIFT Community, organizations, events, and human coaching.

Effective and last updated: July 22, 2026

Pilot notice

This notice describes the current LIFT pilot. It is not a claim of legal approval and must receive qualified legal review before a broad public production launch.

Participation and privacy

Keep reactions and feedback constructive and relevant. Each athlete owns their training record and chooses who can see it.

Membership in a gym, group, team, club, or trainer business does not give staff or coaches access to private workouts. Coaching access requires the athlete's separate, explicit permission and can be revoked at any time.

What is not allowed

Do not post threats, harassment, hate or abusive content, sexual exploitation, instructions for self-harm, impersonation, scams, spam, malware, or repeated unwanted solicitation.

Do not expose another person's private information, precise location, contact details, health information, private workout notes, readiness answers, body measurements, or coaching content without their permission. Do not evade a block, suspension, moderation decision, or event disqualification.

Organizations, events, and coaching

Organization verification confirms identity or business authenticity only. It is not a statement about quality, safety, accreditation, or endorsement. Do not make misleading claims about verification, credentials, results, or affiliation.

Event aliases and displays must respect participant identity choices. Coaches may use only the data scopes an athlete has granted and may not copy sensitive data into notes, exports, screenshots, or other systems beyond what is necessary and authorized.

Reports, blocks, and urgent safety

Use the in-app report action for content or conduct that may violate these rules. Blocking is bilateral for Community discovery, posts, and reactions; blocking a coach also suspends the coaching relationship, and unblocking does not restore consent.

LIFT Support and moderation are not emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Share only the minimum information needed when reporting a concern.

Review and appeals

Clearly prohibited or spam content may be rejected or quarantined immediately. Ambiguous content may be hidden while it is reviewed. LIFT may limit an account, organization, event, display, invitation, or coaching relationship to protect athletes and the service.

If you believe a moderation or authenticity decision was incorrect, contact LIFT through authenticated in-app Support and identify the affected item without resubmitting prohibited or sensitive content. Routine appeals are targeted for review within three staffed business days.

Adult eligibility and changes

Community, organization, event, and human-coaching features are available to adults 18 and older. Accounts or organizations that cannot meet current eligibility, safety, or operational requirements may lose access.

LIFT may update these guidelines as the service evolves. Material changes receive a new effective date and may require renewed acknowledgement when appropriate.

Configured, non-placeholder operator identity, postal-address, and public privacy-contact values have not all been supplied for publication. Broad public launch remains blocked. Authenticated pilot participants can use in-app Support. Support is not an emergency or medical channel.
